Troubled conditions at tuning meeting with Belgians in Germany: police car catches fire due to fireworks

Meetings with thousands of motorists from Belgium, Germany and the Netherlands have turned into chaotic situations in Germany’s North Rhine-Westphalia, police said on Sunday. It reports that streets were blocked on Saturday evening and dangerous situations arose. Fireworks were also thrown at the police in the border city of Aachen.
