Just before half past nine last night, three people in their twenties, a woman and two men, from Oudenburg and Gistel were crossing the street in the Weststraat. They do this at a crossing when, according to them, a van approaches at high speed. An argument ensues and the driver eventually drives on, but then turns back and hits them on the sidewalk. The man then flees.
