The fire must have started just before five o’clock this afternoon in the Luvida restaurant, in a side street of the Noordzandstraat. Images show smoke escaping through the windows of the first floor and through the roof. According to the fire brigade, the fire is mainly burning on the roof of the restaurant. They are now on site and the police have set up a perimeter so that the fire brigade can do their work.
