According to Evert Santegoeds, the mother of Marco Borsato’s alleged victim suddenly wants to make a deal behind the scenes after all these years. The Private Boss does not rule out that the entire abuse case against the singer is based on revenge that got out of hand. And also the Story spoke to a source who gave a similar story.

A ‘very well-informed source’ who claims to have ‘close contact’ with the victim’s mother, confirms that Marco’s opponent seems to be somewhat more lenient. “The girl and her mother have no problem if Marco starts performing again or releases new music. If his fans want that, he should do it.”
For the victim, any appearances are separate from the abuse case, the source said. “As is known, the girl’s mother was chairman of his fan club and was unable to listen to his music for quite some time. She had even blocked his music on Spotify, but that is no longer the case.”
