During a major inspection in the Vrijhoeve district in Sprang-Capelle, heavy fireworks, illegal cigarettes and an illegal hair salon were found on Thursday. The tax authorities collected money and took away a Porsche. The inspection, after several reports of nuisance, was carried out by the municipality of Waalwijk in collaboration with the police, enforcement, tax authorities and customs.
In addition to reports, there were ‘possible unsafe situations and other signals of possible violations of laws and regulations’ in the neighborhood, the municipality announced on Friday.
During the inspection, heavily illegal fireworks, such as Cobras, were found. The supervisors also discovered a large amount of tobacco, illegal cigarettes and an illegal hair salon.
The tax authorities checked for outstanding debts. A bailiff from the municipality of Waalwijk collected a debt immediately. A Porsche was also taken.
