Création Gross: Managing Director Thomas Steinhart is leaving

Thomas Steinhart, Managing Partner of Création Gross GmbH & Co. KG, is leaving the menswear specialist.

Steinhart is leaving the company “at his own request” by April 30, 2026, Création Gross announced on Thursday. The farewell will be arranged within a regulated exit. Further information about the planned successor is currently unknown and will follow at the appropriate time.

“His strategic vision and sense of process orientation have significantly advanced Création Gross,” said Dominik Gross, Managing Partner at Création Gross. “We will use the remaining time together to further develop the future viability of the company.”

Steinhart joined the company in 2015 behind the brands Carl Gross and CG – Club of Gents. Since then, he has been responsible for the areas of finance and operations as managing partner. Among other things, he was responsible for innovations in the logistics area and drove strategic process optimization in production planning and purchasing.

Since September, Dominik Gross has been part of the management trio alongside Steinhart and managing partner Peter Gross and is responsible for sales, product and marketing. He succeeded Ralph Böhm, who left management at the end of August after more than 25 years.
