THE HAGUE – Tenants in the private sector will pay a maximum of 4.1 percent more rent next year. For the medium rent (900 to 1,185 euros per month), the maximum rent increase is 7.7 percent and for social rent 5 percent. This was reported by the Ministry of Housing and Spatial Planning.
