The beginning of a transformative journey
What started as a personal challenge turned into an exciting career. María José decided to study Coaching to find answers to her concerns and, after two years of training, she realized that her experience could be shared with others. That desire to become professional led her to complete a Master’s Degree in Coaching with one of the most influential leaders in Latin America, Elena Espinal, which would open the doors to accreditation in the International Coaches Federation (ICF).
“It was the basis for considering the work scenario and growing in the profession,” says María José, who felt that something was still missing to complement her processes with clients.
An integrative vision: Neuropsychoeducation
In the search for new tools, María José found the missing piece in Neuropsychoeducation. From the hand of the renowned neurosurgeon and professor Dr. Roberto Rosler, at the University of Buenos Aires (UBA), he acquired knowledge that transformed his professional practice. “I filled my backpack with tools and began to flow into what I had chosen,” he says.
This training allowed him to enhance his focus, providing comprehensive and effective processes that he applies today both in individual sessions and in work teams.
From business administration to mentoring
With a career that began at the age of 17 managing a private security company and training as a Business Administration Technician, María José combines her business experience with her passion for coaching. Currently, in addition to offering personalized sessions, he leads personal and professional development mentoring, conferences, training and workshops for work teams.
“I really enjoy public speaking and sharing my experiences,” he says. Their conferences and trainings stand out for their positive impact on teams, enhancing leadership and productivity, marking a before and after for those who experience them.
A guide to authenticity
For María José Hadad, the purpose goes beyond accompanying people in their challenges. It is helping each individual to discover themselves, transform and awaken their authenticity. Her approach combines knowledge, experience and passion, which positions her as a reference in the field of Ontological Coaching and Neuropsychoeducation.
