Police are looking for person who left emaciated bulldog taped to trash bag in Iowa

Police in the US state of Iowa are trying to find out who taped a bulldog in a garbage bag and left it in Des Moines, the state capital. The dog was emaciated when it was found, police spokesman Paul Parizek said. In the meantime, the animal is being cared for and is slowly recovering.
