Missing American (29) taken from Syria by US army after months of isolation in prison

The US army has taken Pete Travis Timmerman (29) out of Syria with a military helicopter. An anonymous official confirmed this to the AP news agency. The American pilgrim was found on Thursday in a suburb of the Syrian capital Damascus. The man was locked up in an isolation cell in a Syrian prison for months.
