An extremely rare Bugatti Centodieci will be auctioned, with a starting price of over 10 million dollars
Rare, exclusive and fast, one Bugatti Centodieci it will be auctioned by Sotheby’s with starting price included between 10 and 15 million euros. It is one of the ten examples produced of the hypercar created to celebrate the Italian Bugatti era, when the EB110. The example up for auction, registered in 2022, has traveled just 437 km, and is covered by the manufacturer’s warranty until 2026. The chassis number reveals that it is the sixth example produced made to order by a Swiss customer in 2019. The bodywork is painted in two-tone color Quartz White and Gray Carbonwhile the interior is covered in Beluga Black leather with Gris Rafale stitching. A configuration that recalls that of the Centodieci purchased by Cristiano Ronaldo, who returned to the audience of selected customers as he already owned a Bugatti Chiron and one Veyron.

Presented to the public in California at the Concours d’Elegance of Pebble Beach of 2019, the Centodieci derives from the mechanical base of the Chironbut weighs 20 kg less and has 100 hp more. The carbon fiber body hides the engine W16 8.0 quad-turbo with 1,600 HP and 1,600 Nmfor true hypercar performance: it sprints from 0 to 100 km/h in 2.4 seconds, from 0 to 200 in 6.1 seconds and from 0 to 300 in 13.1 seconds, and has a limited top speed electronically to 380 km/h. The cost is also mind-boggling: 8 million euros, net of the inevitable customizations.
