According to the statement made by the Turkish Motorcycle Federation (TMF), the 2024 FIM Awards Ceremony was held in Mallorca.


At the medal ceremony attended by TMF Vice President Mahmut Nedim Akülke, FIM President Jorge Viegas presented his medal to 2024 World Superbike champion national motorcyclist Toprak Razgatlıoğlu.


In the 2024 season of the World Superbike Championship, Toprak Razgatlıoğlu became the champion in the pilots’ classification with 527 points, while Nicolo Bulega ranked second with 484 points and Alvaro Bautista ranked third with 357 points.


The 2021 and 2024 world champion Turkish motorcyclist reached the podium 27 times in total in the 2024 season of WSBK and achieved 18 first places, 7 second places and 2 third places.


As the last champion of WSBK, the ROKIT BMW pilot and star-crescent motorcyclist has the right to carry the “number 1” on his motorcycle next season.


On the other hand, before the award ceremony, the FIM General Assembly was held in Spain. Turkish Motorcycle Federation President Sadık Vefa and TMF Vice President Mahmut Nedim Akülke attended the general assembly to represent the country. FIM President Jorge Viegas wished Federation President Sadık Vefa success for the new term.
