Iltalehti tested four different Christmas porridges from Tuomaa market. Iltalehti’s editor and cameraman set foot in Helsinki’s Christmas market, or Tuomaa market, where restaurants serve their own versions of Christmas porridge. We tested four dishes, the style of which varied from classic grandma’s Christmas porridge to modern and experimental ones. The puddings were bought from Pop up cafe Mama Nikolas, Sofia Helsingin, N4ku pudding bar and Patisserie Teemu Aura stalls. You can see the doses and first reactions in the video.
