Eetu Laitinen from Kuopio innovates a new kind of Christmas tart.

A barber-hair salon entrepreneur from Kuopio Eetu Laitinen29, describes himself as a hands-on and inventive visionary type. This time, his wife was originally making Christmas cakes.

– I took a few (dough sheet and marmalade) in between, that Annas when I try, I have such an idea. I don’t know where it came from. I just thought that it could fit well, Laitinen tells the story of the birth of his tarts to Iltalehti.

Laitinen says that he is careful about the structure of the food and thought that the way he tried would give the tarts a good, soft structure.

– It turned out exactly as I thought, really good. The wife also agreed. The normal Christmas tarts were completely uneaten.

On Saturday, Laitinen and his spouse made a larger batch of new kinds of tarts, and at the same time, Laitinen’s first Tiktok video was filmed about baking. The title of the video became Torttu 2.0.

– I had a feeling that someone else might like this too. It was quite a surprise on Sunday morning when the video already had 220,000 views. Apparently other people also liked the idea, Laitinen updates.

By Monday afternoon, it had already accumulated nearly 350,000 views and nearly 6,500 users had saved it.
