ARNHEM – Rico Verhoeven is at a loss for words when he appears with the media shortly after midnight in the Gelredome. “Sorry, I’m still shivering a bit because I just got out of an ice bath,” he explains. “Other than that, things are going very well, although it is all becoming increasingly difficult.”
