An apartment building went up in flames after several teenage girls set fire in Richland County, South Carolina. The girls, all under the age of 12, were starting small fires in their apartment for fun. But the small fire turned into a serious house fire, and more than twenty residents had to look for a new home. There were no injuries. There is more than 700,000 euros in damage and the girls are required to follow a special program at the local fire brigade.
