All three minors arrested in France in connection with the foiled attack on the Brussels Botanique concert hall have been charged. Two of them, aged fifteen and seventeen, are in custody. A third minor, fifteen years old, has been placed under judicial supervision. The French anti-terrorist prosecutor’s office reported this on Friday.
