With their seventh win in a row, Arsenal FC and national soccer player Kai Havertz remain on the heels of the top duo in the English title fight. The Londoners celebrated another sweeping victory with 6-0 (5-0) against relegation candidates Sheffield United and, with 61 points, are just behind league leaders Liverpool FC (63) and defending champions Manchester City (62), who will meet next Sunday.
During their winning streak, Arsenal scored 31 goals. In Sheffield the game was decided after just under a quarter of an hour: Arsenal were already leading 3-0. Martin Odegaard (5th) scored as did Gabriel Martinelli (15th), with Jaden Bogle directing a cross from Bukayo Saka into his own goal (13th).
Havertz (25′) and Declan Rice (39′) increased before the break – and ensured that Sheffield conceded five goals in their fourth home game in a row. Ben White (58th) added another goal.
