Seismic activity on the Reykjanes Peninsula, in southwestern Iceland, has increased to such an extent that authorities have again decided to evacuate. The seismologists fear earthquakes and a new volcanic eruption near the almost deserted fishing village of Grindavik. It was recently hit hard by an eruption.
