The Telekom Baskets Bonn have continued their winning streak in the Basketball Bundesliga (BBL) and celebrated an important success in the race for a direct play-off place.
The runner-up won clearly on Wednesday after a strong second half with 92:82 (48:46) against the Tübingen Tigers. For Bonn it was the fourth league win in a row.
The best thrower of the game was Brian Fobbs from Bonn with 20 points. Meanwhile, the Würzburg Baskets won 94:91 (40:48) at the MHP Riesen Ludwigsburg and remain on course towards direct qualification. The Hakro Merlins Crailsheim suffered a bitter 58:80 (27:48) defeat at EWE Baskets Oldenburg and remain in a relegation zone.
