After a search of almost five hours, a police arrest team arrested a 42-year-old man in Oosterhout. He allegedly threatened a colleague with a firearm in an office building in Oosterhout. “It has been an intensive search. We were very concerned about an escalation,” the police said.
The police received a report at a quarter to ten on Thursday morning that a man had driven away from an office building and shortly before threatened a colleague with a firearm. Acquaintances of the man were very concerned about his condition. The police therefore scaled up considerably to find the man.
The police deployed several units and a police helicopter to find the man. He was eventually found and arrested in Oosterhout at ten to half past three, almost five hours later than the first report. It concerns a 42-year-old man from Oosterhout. The police will investigate the case.
