British clothing retailer Boohoo Group Plc said on Tuesday that business development continues to be in line with market expectations. At the same time, the company announced the appointment of a new key position.
Chief Financial Officer Shaun McCabe resigned “by mutual agreement” with immediate effect, Boohoo said and immediately presented a successor. Accordingly, Stephen Morana will take over the position of CFO on February 19th.
Morana had previously served on Boohoo’s board of directors as a non-executive director from 2014 to 2017. During his career, he served, among other things, as CFO of the sports betting provider Betfair and the real estate online platform Zoopla.
