The average rental price of a house in Flanders increased last year to 980 euros per month, 92 euros or more than 10 percent more than the previous year. Two-bedroom apartments cost an average of 820 euros, or 50 euros (6.5 percent) more. This is evident from the latest rental barometer of Dewaele Vastgoedgroep.
