The energy advice is prepared free of charge by heritage consultants from the Immovable Heritage Agency. It is tailor-made for each home and indicates which insulating measures owners can take, also for special heritage elements. Owners can request advice for free via the e-desk of the Immovable Heritage Agency. A heritage consultant will then arrive on site. The owner will receive digital advice within thirty days.
The project will be launched in phases and will already start in nine municipalities: Kontich, Leuven, Lievegem, Maaseik, Mortsel, Roeselare, Turnhout, Zottegem and Zoutleeuw. More municipalities are added throughout the year. The project should be launched in every Flemish municipality by November 2024.
