Flemish people eat fish, molluscs and crustaceans on average once a week. This is evident from a study by IVox commissioned by the Flemish Center for Agricultural and Fisheries Marketing (VLAM). The results of the research were presented this morning in Torhout. Fisheries Minister Hilde Crevits (CD&V) also launched a campaign to make local fish more popular among Flemish people.
