An accident occurred at the Amstel junction on the A2 towards Amsterdam. Due to the significant delays, traffic is being diverted at the Oudenrijn junction. An accident also happened on the A9 this morning, but the road has now been reopened.
The accident on the A2 happened at the Amstel junction. Two lanes are closed there. Rijkswaterstaat expects that all lanes will be open again at 9:30 am. Due to the significant delays, Rijkswaterstaat is diverting traffic from the Oudenrijn junction.

The lanes on the A9 near Spaarndam have reopened after a considerable delay. This morning several cars were stationary there due to an accident, causing the delay to more than 75 minutes.
