Karel Lefevere (59) and his daughter Ine (35) fought cancer together. He was diagnosed with lung cancer, she was diagnosed with breast cancer. They lay next to each other on the couch for weeks. They talked about chemo sessions, life and death. Ine now seems to be winning her fight. But Karel lost his on Thursday evening. “I’m currently floating between relief, sadness and fear.”
