Anyone who applies for a healthcare allowance under the Growth Package will no longer end up on a waiting list. This is reported by Flemish Minister of Welfare Hilde Crevits (CD&V). Such a care allowance is an extra amount on top of the child benefit and is intended for children with a disability or with a (temporary) condition.
