There will be no trains running between Assen and Groningen this weekend. Parts of the rails on the route are being replaced. Work is also underway on the overhead lines at Haren.
The closure will last from 12:55 AM on Saturday morning until 2:00 AM on Monday morning. The NS uses express and stop buses to transport travelers between both stations.
The delay can be more than 30 minutes.
