The objection of Mondihome Kayserispor, one of the Trendyol Super League teams, to the Turkish Football Federation (TFF) Arbitration Board for the cancellation of the decision of the Dispute Resolution Board (DRC) regarding the transfer process of football player Onur Bulut to Beşiktaş was accepted.
According to the statement made by the yellow-red club, the TFF Arbitration Board, which discussed Kayserispor’s objection to the decision of the Dispute Resolution Board regarding the dispute regarding the transfer of Onur Bulut, unanimously decided to abolish the UÇK decision due to incomplete review and to send the file to the UÇK in accordance with the dual jurisdiction system. .
Kayserispor signed a 3-year contract with its player Onur Bulut on February 6, 2023, but on February 8, 2023, Beşiktaş announced that it had included the player in its squad.
Kayserispor brought the issue to the UCK, and the board found Beşiktaş right in the transfer process.
