Luc Martens, the former minister who borrowed millions of euros in money from about 30 people, but has so far failed to pay it back, is now filing a complaint for fraud himself. That’s what ‘het Nieuwsblad’ reports. Martens says he was defrauded more than two years ago for an amount of at least 2 million euros.
