The five are accused of a crime of public disorder, but three of them, who were the ones who allegedly committed the attack, are also accused of a crime of injuries. The victim, although he lost consciousness as a result of a kick to the head, did not have any fractures. The doctors at the hospital performed all kinds of tests on her and confirmed that she was only suffering from bruises. The minor has not returned to school throughout this week, since he is recovering at home.
The events occurred around noon last Wednesday. In the courtyard there was a confrontation between two students, from different grades, over a ball. One of them received a blow to the lip. This student was the one who called his family on the phone, informing him of what had happened. After a while, the five members of the family, the parents and the three brothers, all of legal age, showed up. They headed through the hallways of the institute, with the intention of locating the class andwhere the student they were looking for was located. Coincidentally, the minor was in the hallway talking to a teacher. When one of his relatives saw him, he caught up with him and kicked him in the head.
The victim fled and looked for some shelter so that he would not be beaten further. He headed towards the patio, near the bar and was hit there. The relatives, according to some witnesses, began to beat him with kicks and punches. ORThe blows to the head left him very dazed, to the point where he fainted.
Only two teachers from the Can Pastilla institute intervened in the dispute, pto prevent family members from continuing to beat the minor. This is how the aggression was ended.
The institute had closed its doors, waiting for the Police to arrive. However, one of the relatives came to enter the counseling room and there demanded that the door be opened, confronting the center staff. lThe management finally ordered the door to be opened and the relatives went out into the street. There they got into a red car and left. Shortly after, the Police arrived and set up a security device in case the attackers returned to the institute, although they have not done so.
