Rachel Hazes will NEVER take the initiative for a reconciliation with her daughter Roxeanne, she says. “No, I’m never going to try anyway. She must come to me!”
Unjustly sucking up André Hazes’ entire inheritance and then being surprised when your daughter goes crazy from the excessive squeezing: Rachel Hazes is truly a portrait. That bizarre TV clip in which Rachel was promoting all kinds of bath slippers and bathrobes with André’s head on them was the final straw for Roxeanne: this has to stop.
‘Do I still want to?’
Roxeanne has shown that Rachel is a fake heir and now wants to pull her out from behind the Hazes cash register. And if you touch Rachel’s money, you will be on her blacklist forever. Even if you’re her own daughter. “Yes, of course family is very important, but I am very hurt by my daughter.”
She continues in the podcast What Can Happen: “So sure, everything will take time, but for myself I really have to find a place for this: do I still want this?”
‘Never from my side!’
Host Najib Amhali asks: “Does it have to come from her or are you like: I will make an attempt one day or how should I see that?”
Rachel is relentless. “No, I’m never going to try anyway. No. So if Rox would like to talk to me, then Rox should really come to me.”
Najib: “Yes, but then you are just open to it.”
Rachel: “Yes.”
Mother’s love
What exactly does Rachel mean by motherly love? “Do you know what it is, Najib? A mother’s heart and mother’s love is always unconditional. It’s just that certain things have happened that just aren’t true. And where I have really been publicly pilloried. And that really hurt me a lot.”
She continues: “So again, if my daughter wants to talk to me, I’m willing to talk to her, but she really has to come herself.”
Stupid actions
Rachel points out that they were an even stronger family after André’s death. “The children were just as sad as I was as a partner. Only everyone, of course, in their own way. Me as a partner and the children who suddenly had to miss their father.”
She concludes: “So I also understand the frustration, the anger in children, some stupid actions, let’s just put it this way. But they also know that I will be there for my children unconditionally. So that’s why it’s just such a shame that you’re thrown out like that.”
