Actress Iina Kuustonen, 39, says In Anna due to its special sensitivity.
Kuustonen says that with age he has learned to know himself better and to eliminate unnecessary expenses from his calendar.
– I hardly go to parties anymore, because I don’t enjoy being surrounded by large crowds in my free time. It is strongly related to my special sensitivity, which I have always known to be a part of me. I sometimes got full marks on an online test that maps special sensitivity, Kuustonen tells Anna.
Kuustonen says that his burdened feeling was explained by excessive stimuli, which he experienced as strong.
Kuustonen describes that, for example, clothes must be comfortable, and they must not feel too much. She uses fragrance-free detergents and no perfume at all.
The actor says that at work he cannot influence the circumstances, but awareness goes a long way.
– I haven’t used alcohol in years, because it takes me further away from myself and the interaction. I want to be present in the moment and know what is happening inside me, and not numb myself, says Kuustonen.
Kuustonen says that special sensitivity is an asset in his profession: he can relate to different emotional states and roles.
In recent years, Kuustonen has starred in, among other things, series Ivalo and North star. He has also acted in films The wedding before the funeral, Punch comedy, Pelle Hermanni and A ridiculously stupid idea.
– When I work, my loved ones never see my world there. They will only see it when the movie or series is finished, maybe a year after filming. That’s why it always feels especially important to be able to show the finished works to your loved ones, but of course also to everyone. These works are done for people and stories are told, Kuustonen told Iltalehte in January on the eve of the release of the film Rärjetömni paska idea.
