The 2nd Uffelter Bridge in Uffelte will be closed from today until October 27. During the work, traffic will be diverted via the adjacent bridge (1st Uffelter Bridge).
The other bridge, the 1st Uffelter Bridge, will be closed from November 6 to December 8. Traffic will then be diverted via the 2nd Uffelter Bridge.
Both bridges are being renovated, with a new coat of paint and a new wearing layer being applied. The bridges will also be made slightly wider to prevent collisions with the railings. On September 26 and October 24, the Egginkstraat near the 1st Uffelter Bridge will be closed due to the disassembly and assembly of the bridge.
The Nieuwlandenweg near the 2nd Uffelter Bridge will be closed on November 7 and December 5. The bridge is then dismantled and reassembled.
