A winemaker has died after falling into a tank of prosecco in northeastern Italy. Marco Bettolini (46) was doing maintenance at the Ca’ di Rajo winery in the province of Treviso on September 14 when he noticed that his colleague and friend Alberto Pin (31) was feeling unwell. His attempt to save him ultimately led to his own death.
