It could just be that Lil Kleine will have to go back to jail next week. The appeal that the Public Prosecution Service has lodged against his release is due Monday. “The Spanish police can arrest him.”
Lil Kleine was detained at the police station for three nights last week because of the abuse of his girlfriend Jaimie Vaes. He was released against the wishes of the Public Prosecution Service and the appeal will be lodged on Monday, with which they want to get him back in jail. But what if he is still in Spain?

It would be very stupid of Lil Kleine if he did not return to the Netherlands immediately if he had to go back to jail, crime expert John van den Heuvel told RTL Boulevard.
What does John expect to happen next week? “If he has to go back to jail, I actually expect that he will come back or that a request will be made to the Spanish authorities to arrest him there and send him to the Netherlands.”

Can the Spanish police just arrest him? “Then there must be an arrest warrant to Spain, but surely that boy wouldn’t be so stupid that if he had to come back and go into pre-trial detention, that he would go into hiding in Spain or something? I don’t know, but that wouldn’t be very smart.”
