Authorities in Honduras arrested the mayor of the town of Brus Laguna on Sunday. Mayor Wilmer Manolo Wood is suspected of collaborating with three criminal organizations to smuggle no less than ninety tons of cocaine to the United States. He was arrested in La Ceiba, a large port city on the Caribbean coast.
