Club supporter free after possible sexual assault young woman in Spain

In Spanish media you can read how a Club Brugge supporter was arrested by the police yesterday in Pamplona, ​​Spain. The supporter was there earlier for the away game of blue and black against the Spanish Osasuna in the Conference League.

Earlier that day, the supporter allegedly groped a young woman in a bar on Plaza Castillo. Hundreds of fans were present on the square to move from there in groups to the stadium.

Thanks to camera images, the man was identified and the police were able to arrest him before the game. According to the Spanish newspaper Diario de Navarra, the man is now free. He would have paid a bail of 15,000 euros today. It remains to be seen whether the story will get a tail.

Also supporter in prison in Denmark

At the beginning of this month, a 17-year-old Club Brugge supporter ended up in a youth institution in Denmark. The young man from Jabbeke was arrested after Club Brugge’s European football match against Aarhus.

According to his lawyer, he was involved in riots.
