A court of The Vila Joiosa (Alicante) investigate the kidnapping of a 28-year-old man who was taken to a local country house, where he forced to undress while they took degrading photos of her, as confirmed by Information, from the Prensa Ibérica group, in sources close to the case. The alleged perpetrator of these events is another local resident, about 40 years oldwith whose wife the victim was having an affair extramarital affair and that he reacted violently when he discovered the infidelity.
The facts were denounced weeks later by the victim herself at the Civil Guard headquarters in La Vila Joiosa, who warned that her captor had threatened him with an ax to coerce him. The victim has needed psychological treatment and has appeared in the case as a private prosecution. The person investigated was arrested after the complaint, but was released after appearing in court. There he accepted his right not to testify. The case is open for the crimes of sexual assault, threats and degrading treatment. The court released the investigated, with a restraining order. The lawyer Francisco González will exercise the private prosecution on behalf of the victim.
