A bloody rocket attack on the northern Ukrainian city of Chernihiv left seven dead and 129 injured. Dutch aid worker Jan-Marc Stam was in town when the attack took place and then saw the disaster that had unfolded. “Frightening people, that is exactly what the Russians want,” he told AD.nl.
