Thousands of tourists on the Greek island of Rhodes have been evacuated as a result of the fierce forest fires. According to local media, three hotels have already been set on fire. At least 30,000 people have been brought to safety by coastguard buses and boats – including at least 70 Belgians who are on holiday with the travel organization TUI.
