Arthur Melo moves to Florence – Juve confirms the amount of the purchase option

Juventus have loaned Arthur Melo (26) again. The coming season at AC Fiorentina, which Viola confirmed on Saturday, could also result in a permanent transfer. Juve could bring in a decent fee, but the salary savings would also be significant for the “old lady”.

As confirmed by the Italian record champions, the amount of the purchase option that Fiorentina could draw next summer is 20 million euros. Initially, EUR 2 million has to be paid for the loan. If certain sporting conditions are met, bonus payments of up to EUR 2 million could be added during the new season. In Turin, where the Brazilian is also extending his contract until 2026, the net annual salary is expected to be 5 million euros. Arthur Melo recently said after leaving Liverpool on loan that the coming season will be “crucial” for his career.

The past season with the Reds was one to forget for Arthur Melo, who switched from Barça to Juve three years ago for around 80 million euros.
