On Friday July 21st, LGoony will release his new single “halb”. It is the first single from his new album SAD SAD STORY. This will be released on September 29th this year.
LGoony, whose real name is Ludwig Langer, is a Cologne rapper and has been making music since 2012. At that time still under the pseudonym “Luis Lone”, he made a name for himself in the German hip-hop landscape, above all with his appearances at various rap battles.
In the past, LGoony has worked with well-known artists such as Money Boy, Casper, the Austrian rapper Crack Ignaz and Soufian. Also on the album KIOX by Kraftklub singer Felix Kummer, the Cologne native has a feature together with the Viennese rapper KeKe listen.

His last EP GO GREEN was released in 2021. Now LGoony is back with new music and at the same time announces his new album. SAD SAD STORY will be released in September and herald a new chapter in his artistic work. Less irony and humor – more seriousness and personality. On his new work, the rapper opens up like never before and reinvents himself artistically with profound lyrics.
The new single “halb” offers an insight into the upcoming album. This is a breakup song that was written during a difficult time and was not originally meant to be released. It outlines the feeling of emotional isolation after a breakup and puts the 28-year-old in a whole new light.
