Flemish Environment Minister Zuhal Demir (N-VA) wants to reduce the number of managers of unnavigable watercourses in Flanders from 112 to a maximum of 12. “With more unity in command, Flanders will be better able to tackle the fight against flooding and drought”, said the minister.
