On Wednesday, the Flemish Parliament gave the green light to the minimum goals for the second and third stages of secondary education. The new minimum goals – the new name for the attainment targets – will be rolled out from September. Due to this tight timing, some schools and teachers are concerned about teaching materials and courses that will not be ready in time.
