Neighbors of 9-year-old Arash, who drowned in the water of De Potten recreation area near Sneek on Saturday, have started a fundraising campaign to help pay for the funeral. The target amount of 5200 euros was reached within a day. Tuesday morning the counter is at more than 12 thousand euros.
