Champion FC Bayern receives DFB Cup winner RB Leipzig in the Allianz Arena at home for the Supercup. This was announced by the German Football League (DFL) on Friday.
The encounter was scheduled for August 12 (8:45 p.m. / Sat.1 and Sky). A week later, the Bundesliga starts its new season.
Since the first round of the DFB Cup is being played at the same time as the Supercup (11th to 14th August), the two Supercup participants will not play their first round games until September 26th and 27th.
