The singer went to Turner’s house in Switzerland this Wednesday shortly before the ‘queen of rock’ died
Cher has been lucky enough to have been with her friend Tina Turner a few hours before she died on Wednesday, her agent Bernard Doherty has confirmed to ‘People’ magazine.
The interpreter of ‘Believe’ has detailed that was with Turner at his home in Zürich, Switzerland, and ensures that the late artist “I was very happy”, despite being “very ill”.
“I went to visit her because I thought she “needed to dedicate this time to our friendship, so she knows we haven’t forgotten her,” says the 77-year-old singer.
