ParaPanne Cycling Days again a great success

It is a UCI cycling race for people with a physical disability, for athletes on two wheels and for hand bikers, in other words on three wheels. On and around the Market of De Panne, in an open race over 74 km, on a closed circuit, accessible to everyone.
